In 2011, the company was rebranded as SMV GLOBAL ACADEMY, and in January 2012, it merged with SMV GLOBAL ACADEMY (M) SDN BHD, beginning operations at the following address No. 20 A, B, C, Jalan Kapar, 41400 Klang, Selangor.

To further expand and strengthen its operations, the company transitioned into SMV Global Academy (M) Sdn Bhd, offering Malaysian Skills Certificate (SKM) training from Levels 1 to 3 in both Skills and Management fields. In addition, the academy provides a wide range of programs including the National Dual Training System (SLDN/ADI), HRD Corp initiatives, Recognition of Prior Achievement (PPT) by JPK, Short Courses, International Certification Programs, Recognition of Prior Experiential Learning (RPEL), PERKESO-supported training, and Modular-based courses.

Skills training is standardized, fully conducted at accredited centers, and culminates in the award of the malaysian skills certificate.

The National Dual Training system (ADI) is an industry-oriented skills training approach that integrates practical workplace training (70%) with theoretical instruction at training centers (30%). Its objective is to develop skilled workers who fulfill industry needs and receive the malaysian skills certificate.

Practical PPT and portfolios are assessment methods for evaluating an individual's skills. Practical PPT involves hands-on, whereas a portfolio comprises a compilation of work evidence, including documents and photographs, that demonstrate the individual's skill level.

This program offers social protection and benefits to workers who experience job loss, sustain injuries, or need retraining to re-enter the workforce.

Short skills courses conducted in accordance with the standards of the Malaysian Skills Certificate (MSC).

We have established collaboration in International Certification Programs, enabling participants to receive skills recognition that is acknowledged globally.
