Objective
The National Dual Training System (ADI) is an industry-oriented skills training approach that integrates practical workplace training (70%) with theoretical instruction at training centers (30%). Its objective is to develop skilled workers who fulfill industry needs and receive the Malaysian Skills Certificate.
Requirements and eligibility
The Malaysian Skills Certificate (SKM) is a nationally recognized certification awarded by the Department of Skills Development (JPK) for skilled workers. It covers Levels 1-3 (SKM).
Eligibility Requirements:

Malaysian citizens

Applicants must be aged between 15 and 55 years in
the year of application

Must successfully complete the required evaluation

Having 3R skills (Reading, Writing, and Arithmetic) is
a fundamental requirement for participating in
vocational training and understanding learning
modules in TVET (Technical and Vocational
Education and Training)
